They say that laughter is good for your health and that it can help you de-stress. They also say that exercise is good for your body and that it can make you fit and strong. So, what happens when you combine the two together? It should be well and perfect, right? But, no… it can end up being a disaster. A pretty disturbing disaster, I should say. Just watch this video and you’ll understand why.
So, okay, everyone, LAUGHEXERCISE is clearly not the lifestyle we should go for, like a big no-no. You don’t want your neighbors to call up security or mental hospitals in the middle of your “trying to get fit program”.
Really, don’t. Not healthy for you, not healthy for your neighbors. So, stay away from doing something as embarrassing as that.
But, hey, as much as that was disturbing, that was extremely funny. Admit it… you know you can’t stop laughing. I think my face muscles got stretched a bit. Well, at least I got my dose of laughter today. That should be a good thing… I hope.
