European Music Awards 2010
Last November 7, MTV brought its crazy party energy from the west of the United States to the west of Europe with its 17th annual European Music Awards (EMA) as it sent the eager crowds cheering to the victories of their favorite artists and dancing to the grooves of the night.
Today’s hottest stars dazzled the red carpet with their stunning or eye-popping outfits while today’s most celebrated artists spun strings of music magic up on the stage with their electrifying performances at the Caja Magica, Madrid. Rihanna, Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, B.o.B., Hayley Williams, Bon Jovi, Kanye West, Linkin Park, Ke$ha, 30 Seconds to Mars, and many other singers and singing groups contributed to the wild entertainment of the evening with their phenomenal hits.
As the stage morphs from being host Eva Longoria’s fashion runway as she comes out each time with a new sizzling look to the performers’ hypnagogic arena as the extravagant props and special effects amazed the audience during and after every act, Spain and the world anticipated more and more for the announcement of the recipients of the 12 trophies. Who would be declared as this year’s EMA winners? Which contenders outshone the rest in the 2010 battle?
And so, without further ado, friends, the winners in the MTV EMA 2010 categories are…
